Changed:
- Make PDF pagination lossless across page boundaries and allow session-scoped attachment continuation.
- Keep fetched PDF persistence deduplicated across continuation calls.

Fixed:
- Resume long PDF retrieval across conversations from the latest next_token alone, without restarting from an older source cursor.
- Prevent tool-result truncation and PDF page limits from silently dropping unread text.

Release preparation:
- Synchronize package, runtime, lockfile, changelog, and comparison links at 0.5.2.
- Validate 132 tests, Ruff, mypy, sdist/wheel builds, packaged assets, and installed-wheel application initialization.
