fix(deps): Dependabotで報告された脆弱性を解消

openのDependabot alert 21件が要求するfirst patched versionへ、uvの正規コマンドで依存パッケージを更新する。公開依存契約を不必要に変更しないため、pyproject.tomlは維持してlockfileだけを更新する。

更新内容:
- Pillow 12.2.0から12.3.0へ更新し、alert #1から#13を解消
- pypdf 6.14.2から6.16.1へ更新し、alert #16から#21を解消
- h2 4.3.0から4.4.1へ更新し、alert #15を解消
- h2 4.4.1の必須条件に合わせてhpack 4.1.0から4.2.0へ更新
- cryptography 49.0.0から50.0.0へ更新し、alert #14を解消

互換性確認:
- Python 3.10以上というプロジェクト要件と各更新版のRequires-Pythonが整合
- Pillowとpypdfで利用中のAPIに非互換な変更がないことを確認
- h2/hpackはddgsからhttpx[http2]を経由する依存制約内
- cryptographyはmcpからpyjwt[crypto]を経由する依存制約内
